Status and omake

Chapter 8 will be done Real Soon Now, I swear. It just broke 20K words and it just keeps going. I have about a scene and a half left to write, then it will finally be done. And then I can edit it. And maybe post it sometime before Christmas. ^_^;;;;;

The good news is, I have about half of Chapter 9 written already. Aheh.

Chapter 8 is coming along. I have to get the ss*bb story for June off my plate, and then I can finish that up. I confess to kind of dragging my feet on this bit–without going into too much detail I will say that at the end of this one, Kenny is going to do something horrible and fairly stupid and leave it at that.

At last, the story can be told.

Current status and miscellaneous pimpage

Chapter 7 might–might–be at least done and in the “sit on it for a few days before the last set of revisions” stage by the time I leave for Las Vegas next week. I will say only one thing about it at this time: its working title for my personal amusement is “the Book of Orly.”

Also, I have sprouted a scribd account and will be putting more stuff up there when I get home, so you might go have a peek if you are into that sort of thing.
